Hey there!
I’m Jessica, your coach!
I’ve been immersed in sports for as long as I can remember. If it involved a ball, a court, or a field, I was all in! Growing up, I played softball and soccer competitively while other sports like basketball and volleyball were just my fun escapes. I even ran track for a year—just to get my hands on the cool gear (no shame!).
MY STORY
As a young athlete, I was training or practicing seven days a week, thanks to personal trainers and private coaches who pushed me to be my best.
Sports weren’t just a part of my schedule; they were my schedule! They taught me how to juggle school, practice, and life’s curveballs without dropping the ball. I carried that drive into college softball, where my journey took a sharp turn after a shoulder injury forced me to step away from the game I loved.
Life without sports? It was tough— like really tough. Suddenly, I was just another college student navigating classes, social life, and far too many late-night pizza runs. I lost my health fast and fell into a cycle of all-or-nothing workouts, burning out, and giving up. I tried every fad diet and trendy fitness plan you can imagine. Spoiler alert: none of it worked, and none of it stuck.
Years later, I finally got back into coaching softball, and that brought me a major wake-up call. I realized I needed to get serious about my health—not just to keep up with my team but to feel strong and energized in my everyday life. So, as a 30th birthday gift to myself, I decided to reignite my passion for fitness—but this time, with a healthier, more balanced approach. Four years later, I can honestly say I feel better than ever and truly love fitness again.
To turn my passion into purpose, I became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I’m here to help you avoid the mistakes I made and break free from the seemingly endless burnout cycle. Fitness doesn’t have to be a grind; it can be fun, sustainable, and fit seamlessly into your life. I’m excited to share what it took me years to learn and help you figure it out in 12 weeks—so you can finally make fitness a part of your life that you actually enjoy.
